It didn’t look like it at the outset, but the year 2017 turned out to be a record year for the Elves. All in all, we managed to procure 4,337 gifts that were distributed to 50 organizations serving men, women and children affected by HIV-AIDS from coast to coast.

What a funny Fall we are having at Marché Jean-Talon! In September, we had to close the kiosk in the afternoon because of the heatwave, and October has been split between beautiful days and rainy ones. We are really at the mercy of the weather gods…
So we roll up our sleeves in November so that we can bring some Holiday cheer to thousands of isolated individuals this Holiday season.

Starting September 16th, weather permitting, every Saturday & Sunday until December 3d, the Elves’ kiosk will be in operation at Marché Jean-Talon, in front of the Marché des saveurs du Québec store.
