4,372, that is the total number of gifts that were distributed across Canada by the Little Elves at the end of our 2025 campaign. This is a smaller number than in the last 2 years. It is because, due to the general increase in costs and its ability to raise funds, the Foundation had to moderate its ambitions.
Message from the Great Elf
In 1991, in memory of my brother Alain, who had died the previous year, I handed out my first small Christmas gifts to people living with AIDS. Abandoned by their loved ones, they were facing a season when isolation is especially hard to bear.
